hictop controller cover

The original thing didn't have enough clearance inside. There was a socket for an extra extruder I think interfering. I remixed this locking thing from the snap hinge from mixdacrete https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2487227. Not sure how to do a remix from two different sources. I glued mine on with cyanoacrylate. I also cut off the locking tab inside.
