This is a filament spool holder with 2 bearings for Φ8mm rod. There is also a clip for the rod and 2 designs of the plugs. The fake bearing is just to be printed only if you don't have a metal one.
The size of the bearings should be
Outer diameter=16mm
Internal diameter=8mm
Thickness=5mm
