E3D V6 Mount Remix without Auto-Level-Mount

This is a modified extension of the E3D V6 holder for Geetech I3 Pro B from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1776229 .

I prefere to level my bed by hand, so I decided to make a remix without a levelsensor-holder.
