Sea Monkey 2018 multipass

This is a adjustment to the source design to hold the JoCo Cruise badge for this year 2018. All glory to the source designer!

I added a SeaPass holder which I have super-glued to the back of the Multipass, making it a True Multipass! Adding a velcro dot (the fuzzy side) to the multipass back inside the SeaPass slot helps keep it from slipping out.
