Gloomhaven updated and improved monster standee base with openscad

I have updated the Monster Standee Holder yet again! This version has the following updates:
- Improved Standee Holder! - reduced pressure from the standee clip to reduce cardboard damage. Thanks for your feedback!
- Changed from one big condition holder hole to three separate condition holder slots
- "Cost Reduced" - uses less filament by reducing the hex height - Also this makes it easier to pack! More can fit in the same space!
