Parametric Pompom Maker

My wife asked for a big pompom maker to make pompoms 10 cm in diameter. There were a few pompom makers on Thingiverse, but the ones made in OpenSCAD were not great. So I sat down and modeled one of the common designs.

Tweak the sizes in `pompom-maker.scad` to your liking. Print 4 quarters and 2 rings. No support is necessary.
