Kitchen Brush and Glove Holder Door Mount Screw

I wanted a door mounted holder for kitchen scrub brushes and gloves. I tried with command strips but found the screws work so much better for this amount of weight / work load. I use #8 1 inch wood screws to mount this, check your cabinet door thickness, don't want screw poking out the other side if it's too long.
