Higher resolution is higher in strength when it comes to tolerances, Infill is personal preference the higher the infill percentage the longer they tend to last and more stress they can take.

Use ABS instead of PLA if your going to use one of these all the time, ABS has much more flex giving you the ability to really crank if the RDA is rust locked.
