In case of replacing the original M8 thread (z-axis screw) on you K8200 to an 8 mm lead screw, you need to replace the original bearing as well as the bearing support.
I have bought a KP08 bearing, which has an extended bore with a screw to get fixed on the lead screw (or a shaft). I preferred not to use the original housing/support which comes with KP08. Just pass a screw driver through the bearing bore and tilt it 90 degrees, then you can have the bearing separated from the housing.
