12mm Inductive Sensor mount E3D Chimera/Cyclops/V6/V5/VOLCANO

I like the original fan mount by invent0r for the 12mm inductive sensor, but found it lacks support for the top of the sensor. This may be fine in some cases but the sensor can be tilted by the wires and PTFE tubes as the tool head moves along the X axis.

Because of this I've redesigned the part to include a stabilizer on the top so the sensor cannot be tilted forward or to the sides.

I have also removed the center of the part so it doesn't block the fan, the original design seemed to rest
