Nano SIM Holder Container Credit Card Sized

This is a remix of Noen's design. I added a mechanism to lock the cover in place so that it cannot inadvertently slide off. I also increased the depth of the sim card and sim card tool pockets and scaled down the sim card tool pocket size so that it did not rattle inside as much.
