Eskrima Stick for Martial Arts Training

This is an eskrima (escrima) stick you can print out and practice with. With 6 shells and 30% infill, the weight and feel will match a real rattan stick, but unfortunately, it will break after a few really hard hits. This is great for practicing forms, but probably not ideal for sparring.
