Toast Rack

Our old toast rack broke, so I decided to design a nd print a new one.

I used PolyWood filament, which is a PLA based filament that looks like wood.

I made dovetail grooves in the base and dovetail bars with each letter. The clearance is pretty critical, but I decided to err on the side of slightly loose, so they slide in easily, but once glued are pretty firm.

I have a ProFab Mini (similar to a MonoPrice Mini) printer, with a 120 mm max dimension, so these are as big as I could make t
