Maker Select V2.1 Cobra Fan adapter

Adapter for mounting the Cobra Fan Duct on my Maker Select v2.1 printer. Based on the [design by raymnli][block], I had to adapt it to deal with the change in X-Axis bearing brackets, which now have a raised area in the middle that prevents his from attaching. With the cutout, it now fits perfectly and allows the screws to mount as necessary.
