Zonestar Z5 E3D Cyclops/Chimera mount

This is my version of a mount for converting the Zonestar Z5MR2 to use the E3D Cyclops hotend. Prints in 3 parts - no supports needed. I used #4x3/8" sheet metal screws for mounting the parts to each other, and re-used the stock hardware to mount all the fans & bed sensor. I did need to make new bowden tubes (included in the E3D kit), because the stock tubes were too short. The fan duct can be tilted to direct the cooling air right where you want it without hitting the heater block.
