Heatbed Fastener

I made this part to prevent cable from moving as seen in Anet A8 Heat Bed Antistress connector connector by theMEANone ( thing : 2551438 ) ( Thanks to him ! ;-) ), and I add features to "lock" it to the heatbed so the connector itself do not move.

Still some improvements to do because all the weight of the assembly is on the heated connector and it probably stress the weldings. So I have to find a way to secure it to the bed itself.
