ear speculum dispenser

We got new ear specula at my medical office. The dispenser we have on the wall is too small, and the new specula jam up in it. It also has advertising. So I wanted to print a new dispenser that fits the new, larger specula and is cool and ad-free. Oh, and I wanted to be able to use the existing screw holes, on 2-1/2" centers.
