Tesco Recycling Pedal Bin (780-4212) Lid Repair

One of the lids on my Tesco dual section (garbage/rubbish & recycling) trash can/bin broke. I drew this up to fit inside the existing webbing and around some of the remaining webbing from where the lid broke. It's not toleranced well and as such I needed to use a drill to ream out the holes.
It is held in place with the existing hinge pins and with two M4x10 screws.
