This is a mount I did to adapt my X4R-SB receiver to a Martian II frame.
I designed this with printing in flexible filament in mind and even though I advice using such type of filament for the protection purposes it's meant I don't see why you couldn't use any other materials if you'd like to.
If you're printing with flexible filament do increase the scale in your slicer (around 5-10% depending on your filament's stretch properties) because it will shrink. 100% Scale is doable, it just makes
