Heroic Character Generating Dice

Modified from the Ultimate Configurable Dice by energywave. this is designed to give a higher average character using the 3D6 method by changing the 1 to a 4. lowest result possible is 6, highest is 18, bell curve is weighted toward 12.
changing the 1 to a 5 will give the same spread, but weight results toward 15.
this will give fewer "hopeless" characters and more heroes, without creating gods at level 1.
