Flexible Shaft Coupler - for several different shaft sizes:
* 5mm shaft with flat (Common on NEMA 17 Motors)
* 6.35mm shaft with flat (Common on NEMA 23 Motors)
* 8mm shaft (a common size for leadscrews/ballscrews)
* 1/2 inch shaft with 1/8 inch through pin added 5/27/19 (Misread request from JoelJustJoel - oops! Still a viable design..)
* 3/8 inch shaft with 1/8 inch through pin added 5/27/19 (As requested by JoelJustJoel)
