Voyager/DS9 style commbadge

Modified versions of slayer1551's commbadge. Both versions have deeper holes for the magnets and a backing plate that should help keep them in place. One version has an indent that should fit the backing plate so that the comm badge stays the same thickness with it in place.

For completeness sake, I've included slayer1551's magnet holder, this is unedited from their version.
