This is a simple case for the GNS530 by SimWareKits simwarekits.com
Print with the front on its face. Only support needed should be for the mounting tabs.
The back plate has 0.5mm of room but may still be a tight fit. Sand/file as needed. I used some spare screws that came with the GNS530 sim to put the back on.
