Tronxy X3 / X3S Z upgrade fix

Like a user told me in the comment THIS UPGRADE IS VALID ONLY FOR THIS VERSION:

Let me say a think... this printer is terrible! Starting from Z axis... grrrr!!
Then I make these new parts, I hope will be usefull for someone.
My Z axis was very very hard to move and also was never aligned. And the bearing have a problem that see
