Sorry, I had to update my diagram. There was a mistake. E node shold not be connected to positive. If you tried this project before (as of 9/29/2018) this correction, I am sincerely sorry and ask you to try new diagram (ver 1.3). Thank you.
And, it would be very stable if you put a 10mm x 2mm neodium magne
