AM8 reinforced z-endstop mount

Self-tapping mounting screws that came with my A8 are rather pathetic and work themselves loose after a few days of printing. This is an upgraded z-endstop mount that keeps the switch secure. It attaches to the 2040 with two screws on two faces, easy access to both in case z adjustment is needed.
