HEVO Extruder Motor Mount V2.0

Redesigned Extruder Mount. The problem I found with the original version is that the brass knurled inserts are not attached strongly enough to the plastic, so once you start tigthening the bolts, the inserts start poping out. In this new design, the inserts were placed at the back of the piece, so you can tight the screws as much as you want with out any issue.
The inserts for the extruder/sensor bracket bolts has been changed for 3mm hex nut.
Also, there's room for the X MAX sensor.
