CR-10 Filament RunOut Switch Mount for TH3D's EZOUT

This is a very simple platform mount for the EZOUT filament runout switch made by Tim Hoogland (TH3DStudio.com). I use it on my CR-10 S5 (500x500) but i guess it could be used with other sensors also. It's just a platform. ha. Anyway, I wanted the switch to be mounted somehow instead of it just dangling on the filament. You'll need a M5x40 (or maybe M5x45 and cut it back, like i did with my dremel tool) to replace the M5 bolt that holds the V-Slot wheel in place. At the time of posting this
