Geeetech Prusa i3 spool holder

I wanted a sturdy frame mounted spool holder which used little filament to print. Also it had to clear a cable chain on the x-axis and have a mount for a filament guide. This is the end result, using just over 9gr. of filament with my settings.

This spool holder is compatible with [this awesome filament guide](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1528628) and uses the included 20mm pvc pipe to hold a spool which snaps in place.
