Customizable ThinOptics reading glasses stand, dock, holder, whatever

While you do not exactly have to have a stand for something as ultraportable as [thinoptics glasses](http://bit.ly/2mYrWXg), you may still want it (for instance if you happen to have a few of different strength and only want to carry along one).

At any rate, I may still want it, so why not share. You (and me) can also customize the embossed label on the base. And apply some other minor tweaks too. Or major, if you want to download the `.scad`.
