Vertex k8400 adjustable dual e3d v6 mount

With this part you can add two e3d v6 hotends to your vertex k8400, and adjust the height of the second hotend. I used it for my printer since the two hotends I own (a genuine and a fake e3d v6) don't have the same height.
This might also work for a combination of a volcano and a v6, although I haven't tested that yet.

You need to add two normal m3 nuts, the rest of the nuts and bolts should be included in the spare parts of the vertex.
