Dixie Cup Dispenser Wall Mount (3oz)

I've had this 3oz Dixie cup holder for years. It sits on a stand in the bathroom but the stand collects water and gets rather gross over time. Originally I think it came with an optional wall mount but who knows where that went. I couldn't find any other wall mount dispensers that I liked, so I decided I'd just make my own wall mount for this one.
