688 bearings (with fusion360)

After I uploaded a 608 and 625 bearing designs, someone asked for a 688 bearing. I didn't really need one, but it doesn't take long to build, so I uploaded the design and included the fusion 360 example file.

You can look at the included f3d file in fusion360 to see that this is a very easy and simple design to make.
