TUSH spool holder for 2kg (30cm) spools w/ CR-10 support

Larger version of the TUSH spool holder which works with 2kg / 30cm and regular 1kg / 20cm spools.

Included a version which fits nicely on CR-10 control box.

Also included a guide which snaps on the 608 bearings and keeps the spool centered while its rotating to avoid friction with the sides.
