EleksMaker X axis tension adjuster for Delrin Dual V wheels

This is the X axis tensioner for the EleksMaker A3 Pro.

This is remixed due to the latest version of the A3 being delivered with Delrin Dual V style wheels which are a different dimension to the OpenBuild wheels used previously.

To install use the two M5 bolts and nuts that came with the machine at the pivot. At the top corner you need two M3 bolts and nuts. At the tension point you need one M5 bolt with three nuts and four washers.
