wired home phone plate mount

I wanted to mount an Echo Dot on a phone wall plate, and was surprised to not be able to find a template on thingiverse.

This is a mount, copied from an old phone, for mounting things onto phone wall plates.

openscad and stl files provided, customize as needed.

I tested on the one wall plate I have and it fit fine. Since I copied it from a phone, I would be it fits most or all phone plate mounts in the US.
