RC Buggy Tire with optional outer sleeve

I designed this for my 1/10th Scale redcats nitro buggy as I wanted taller tires that would lift it off the ground. After having printed the original tire out of PLA i found that it made a better drift buggy on concrete so I designed the sleeve for additional traction. The sleeve is meant to be printed in a flexible filament. I printed mine in 98SHA TPU and they fit like a glove. Although my printer had an issue when it got to the end with the 90 degree print angle. This worked out though as it
