RunCam Split Narrow Simple Case and Front Camera Mount

I found the case that markqv designed to mount the Runcam Split v1 into a single package nearly perfect, but it was a hair too wide to fit in my Runcam2 mounts, so I sliced 1mm off each side to make a narrow version. The buttons, nor the TF card, nor the USB port protrude, so everything is still protected, as with the original.
