Bearings for spool holder

Made this for https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2224321 plus this https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2226146 to make the spool to spin smoothly. Internal spindle should rotate freely when done so maybe some manual filament flow adjustment may be required.I didn't need it though. Bearings are designed to be inserted into the holder arms and can be quickly separated along with the shaft for easy spool replacement.
