Tool Holder and Effector for Kossel Deltabot

Here is the tool holder and effector that I used to mount a generic dremel flex shaft for etching and drilling PCBs. It could also be useful for other things... pens, etc. The hole is about 3/4" or 20mm. The effector is derived from the origingal Kossel effector (https://github.com/jcrocholl/kossel/).
