Raise3D - N1 - Support for cover height

By default, cover on top of printer is too small in height.
Filaments and main cable are scrapping cover:
-Make noise
-Can even break second filament if not in use.

I do keep cover even while printing with PLA to reduce noise.

These parts put cover higher, so cable and filaments are not touching cover anymore :)
