This is a vertical charging dock for the Kindle Fire Tablet HD 8 (7th gen - 2017). Should fit the stock charging cable & plug. Designed for use without a case.

Edit: I uploaded the Fusion 360 file since this is for the old version, and someone wants to edit it to fit a newer version of the Kindle Fire tablet.
