this is my take on a pooper scooper created out of necessity... it has two parts that both have integrated hinges..the handle and the gripper..they are connected with a peice of 1/2 inch metal conduit or bamboo or anything else you can make fit .. bamboo works nicely... they are connected with a piece of 1/8 or smaller all thread with ends bent over ... connecting the two levers..make sure both ends on all thread are bent in the same direction.. use nylon lock nuts...install some kind of sleev
