Star PCB LED mount

A mount for a 3W star PCB mouned LED and 20x20x10mm heatsink. My star PCB measures 20mm across the flats and the leads from the LED itself point towards two opposite circular cutouts where the points of the hex would be. The PCB measure approx. 16mm between the circular cutouts which are approx. 4mm across. Will print and post pictures this morning if it works.

This is made to match my Pi cam mount, mounting holes sized for same #6 sheetmetal screws, 23x35mm centers, LED centered 2.5mm below
