Parametric Plant Pot + Coaster

Inspired by the work of [bqzero](https://www.thingiverse.com/bqzero) ([Customizable Plant Pot](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:616767) and [Customizable Plant Pot Coaster](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:616771)), but i wanted something more customizable and better to print while drastically cutting down on material use and thus print time.
