These are some parts I designed for upgrading the CR-10 to have quick swapable steel build plates, held in place by magnets. I made three of the plates from a 1m by 0.5m sheet of 0.5mm steel. The idea being when one print finishes, you don't need to wait for the bed cool, just pull off the build plate, put the next on and keep printing. Once the build plate is removed it cools relatively quickly and the part can usually be removed by simply flexing the steel sheet. Also it eliminates the need for those pesky binder clips.
Additional Parts:
0.5mm thick steel plate 310mm x 320mm
8 Neodynium 32mm Disc Magnets (https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B077XPZLM9/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1)
LokBuild Build Surface (https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B077TZW218/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1), or though I imagine any brand would do.
The bracket goes under the bed to hold the magnets in place without having to use glue. Be aware that due to the thickness of t
