M3D Pro Spool Adapter Bolt - 13mm Dowel

Quick edit of Rodneyk's thing to make the centre hole 13 mm to accommodate the 12mm wood dowel I use in my spool holder. There was no need to edit the nut, but I include the original here for completeness.
