X-Wing pilot, shield, upgrade card tray

I liked the idea of a thinner tray, but didn't want large combined tray like in the 2nd remix. The originals were designed in 123D and I wanted to do something with OpenSCAD so I created them in OpenSCAD and redesigned them. The token slots are fixed to properly fit all the tokens and cards. Code could be a little cleaner, but meh.
