CR-10S control box dual 40mm fan bracket

Made this to replace the noisy stock 50mm fan. A 60mm Noctua fan(they don't make 50mm fans for some reason) won't fit under the PSU without some bigger modifications, so I made a dual 40mm fan bracket instead.

I also moved the fans slightly to the right, to now blow air directly over all stepper motor drivers, lowering overall temperatures and prolonging driver life.
