E3D v6 and Volcano Cooler - Fan Duct Mount

50mm blower print cooler that mounts to the standard 30mm fan duct of the e3d-v6 and clones, making this cooler compatible with (space permitting) any printer with that hotend. Takes away the need for the hotend mount or gantry to support mounting a fan.

Inspired by watching too many videos of in-development printers testing without a print fan, especially the hangprinter.
